At The Bloom Lab, all coaching services are designed to be intentional, personalized, and reserved specifically for each client. For this reason, all payments are non-refundable.
No Refunds
All coaching services, packages, and sessions are non-refundable once purchased. This includes partially used sessions and missed appointments.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.
Unused Sessions
All sessions must be used within the timeframe outlined in your selected package. Any unused sessions after this period may expire.
Custom Plans
Custom coaching plans are developed specifically for each client following a consultation. Due to the personalized nature of these services, all payments for custom plans are non-refundable.
Exceptions
In rare circumstances, exceptions may be considered at The Bloom Lab’s discretion.
Commitment to the Process
Coaching is a collaborative experience that requires active participation and commitment. While support and guidance are provided, results are not guaranteed and depend on each client’s engagement.
